SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a specialized kit designed for welding exhaust systems made of stainless steel, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM 9 torch allow for long and comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features a TLB9 torch body, enabling welding at a maximum current of 110A in a 60% duty cycle and 140A in a 35% duty cycle. Both professional welders and those beginning their TIG journey will appreciate the torch's exceptional ergonomics.

SPARTUS TIG 206P DC Puls is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG DC 200A and MMA welding with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The cold welding function allows for joining very thin materials made of steel and stainless steel. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through its functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

The manufacturer provides efficiency values under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

COLD WELDING test:

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while consuming less energy.

COLD WELDING - fast execution of spot welds with a duration ranging from 1ms to 200ms.

COLD WELDING PULSE - cold welding with pulse. Fast execution of spot welds from 1ms to 200ms with an adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT allows for welding materials up to 10 mm thick.

SIMPLE PANEL - every selected function is backlit. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T welding modes facilitate work on both short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short welds as the arc extinguishes after releasing the switch within a set time. In 4T mode, you do not need to hold the switch continuously; simply click it a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start for both low and high welding currents. An essential function for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS allows for faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE enables welding of very thin materials made of steel and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range is from 0.5 to 100Hz.

The SPARTUS TIG 206P DC welder is an upgraded version of the TIG 205P DC, now including cold welding functions. The previous model is highly valued in the industry and well-known on the Polish market for several years, with many professional welding companies utilizing this TIG model.

The TIG CUSTOM 9 - 4m torch in the XU version is a lightweight, universal torch for welding exhaust systems. The torch is designed for precision welding of pipes and components.

TRUE COLOR HELMET is an automatic helmet for more demanding welders. Made of lightweight, top-quality materials, it is equipped with an auto-darkening filter that reacts to the arc strike during welding. The helmet is dedicated to all welding methods: TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA. It can also be used for grinding and plasma cutting. Thanks to the TRUE COLOR technology, it performs excellently with the TIG method. The filter provides visibility in bright, natural colors, allowing for more precise welding. Stepless adjustment located on the side of the helmet allows for customization of the shade level.

The TRUE COLOR helmet features a large field of view (100x60) and an optical class of 1/1/1/1.

Adjustability:

• Delay time - the time after which the helmet automatically changes from dark to light.
• Light sensitivity - sensor sensitivity setting based on the ambient light. If working in a brightly lit room, sensitivity should be reduced.
