SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a comprehensive set designed for welding exhaust systems made of stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM 17 torch enable long and comfortable operation. The TIG welding torch features an SR17 torch body, allowing for welding with a maximum current of 180A at a 40% duty cycle and 200A at a 35% duty cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The ergonomics of the handle will be appreciated by both professional welders and those just beginning their TIG welding adventure.

SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder, built based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A and MMA AC/DC with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining ultra-thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes in a set time after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you don't have to constantly hold the switch during welding—just click a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function for spot-joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS allows for faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE a wide range of 20-80 is responsible for the cleanliness of welds in aluminum welding. The function controls the amount of heat input into the material and the cleaning of oxides on the aluminum surface.

AC FREQUENCY - stabilizes and focuses the arc during welding. A wide range of 40-250 Hz allows for professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.

MULTI CONTROL the device supports torches with current regulation and foot controls with smooth welding current adjustment.

PROGRAM MEMORY - the welder has the ability to save welding parameter settings to memory. Several channels allow for quick selection of the appropriate saved welding program. A useful function for serial welding of aluminum and stainless steel components.

SPOT COLD WELDING - this function enables the welding of ultra-thin sheets and the execution of perfect tack welds. Thanks to this function, very demanding materials can be "cold welded." The function significantly facilitates the welding of stainless steel pipes and structures.
