SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a set designed for welding exhaust systems made of stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM 17 torch enable long and comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features an SR17 torch body, which can weld aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The ergonomics of the handle will be appreciated by both professional welders and those beginning their adventure with TIG welding.

SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables welding with TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A and MMA AC/DC with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through the functions.

The device has high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

The manufacturer provides efficiency values under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while consuming less energy.

WELDING CURRENT 200A enables welding materials up to 10 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and longer sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes in a set time after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you don't have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but just click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start at both low and high welding current values. An essential function for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS allows for faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE - a wide range of 20-80 is responsible for weld cleanliness when welding aluminum. This function controls the amount of heat introduced into the material and the cleaning of oxides from the aluminum surface.

AC FREQUENCY - stabilizes and concentrates the arc during welding. A wide range of 40-250 Hz allows for professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.

MULTI CONTROL - the device allows the use of torches with regulation as well as foot control with smooth adjustment of the welding current intensity.

PROGRAM MEMORY - the welder can save welding parameter settings to memory. Several channels allow for quick selection of a saved program. A useful function for serial welding of aluminum and stainless steel elements.

SPOT COLD WELDING - this function enables welding of very thin sheets and performing perfect tack welds. Thanks to this function, you can cold-weld very demanding materials. It significantly facilitates the welding of stainless steel pipes and structures.
