PROCUP TIG 16-18 ceramic nozzles are high-end welding accessories designed for materials requiring perfect gas coverage, such as stainless steel, titanium, inconel, and duplex. The wide gas shield provided by PROCUP nozzles allows for extended tungsten stick-out, enabling welding in tight spaces while maintaining superior weld quality and aesthetics.

This set is the industry standard for high-end exhaust systems and manifold fabrication. PROCUP nozzles ensure clean, discoloration-free welds on stainless steel and titanium components.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
For DC (Direct Current) welding only. Do not use for AC (Alternating Current) welding. Required gas flow rate: 10L/min – 18L/min. Nozzles are equipped with replaceable mesh diffusers (filters) sized 2.4 mm (3/32").
