PROCUP TIG 12-18 ceramic nozzles are high-end welding accessories designed for materials requiring perfect gas coverage, such as stainless steel, titanium, inconel, and duplex. The exceptionally wide gas shield allows for extended tungsten stick-out, enabling precise welding in tight spaces while maintaining superior weld bead quality.

This kit is a staple for fabricating high-performance exhaust systems and manifolds. PROCUP nozzles ensure clean, discoloration-free welds on titanium and stainless steel components.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
For DC (Direct Current) welding only. Do not use for AC (Alternating Current) welding. Required gas flow rate: 6L/min – 18L/min. Nozzles are equipped with replaceable mesh diffusers (filters) sized 2.4 mm (3/32").
