SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a comprehensive set designed for welding stainless steel exhaust systems, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIGCUSTOM TLB9R SFLEX torch enable long and comfortable work using foot control. The TIG welding torch features SR9R and SR17R torch bodies (selectable in the menu options) and a super-flexible professional SFLEX cable. The ergonomics of the torch will be appreciated by both professional welders and those just beginning their TIG welding adventure.

SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG 200A - DC and MMA DC 200A methods. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The Cold Welding and Cold Welding Pulse functions allow for joining ultra-thin materials: steel, stainless steel, and many others. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

The TIGCUSTOM TLB9R SFLEX - 4m torch is a lightweight and universal torch for precision welding, designed according to the requirements of pipe welders who value ergonomics and quality. The rotating and replaceable torch body allows it to adapt to any welding position. The high-efficiency and flexible cable ensures long-term operation. The SR9 torch body is used for work with a maximum welding current of 140A, while the SR17 body (up to 180A, selectable in the menu) allows for comfortable welding and the possibility of matching consumable parts from the most popular systems.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while consuming less energy.

COLD WELDING - fast spot welding in the range of 1ms - 200ms.

COLD WELDING PULSE - pulsed cold welding. Fast spot welding in the range of 1ms - 200ms with an adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 10 mm thick.

SIMPLE PANEL - every selected function is backlit. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes in a set time after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you don't have to constantly hold the switch during welding—just click a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function for spot-joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS allows for faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials in steel and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 100Hz.
