SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a professional kit designed for welding exhaust systems made of stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM 9 SFLEX torch ensure long-lasting and comfortable operation. The TIG welding torch features a TLB9 torch body, enabling welding at a maximum current of 110A in a 60% duty cycle and 140A in a 35% duty cycle. Professional welders and beginners alike will appreciate the torch's exceptional ergonomics.

SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG AC 200A, TIG DC 200A, and MMA AC/DC welding with a current of 200A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network, the pulse function allows for joining ultra-thin aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel for quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

2T-4T MODES - Welding modes that facilitate work on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short welds as the arc extinguishes after releasing the trigger. In 4T mode, you do not need to hold the trigger continuously; simply click a second time to extinguish the arc.

PRE-GAS ensures a cleaner start and faster arc ignition for both low and high current values. Essential for spot joining. Adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS protects the weld pool and the tungsten electrode while they cool. Adjustable from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE allows for welding ultra-thin aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range: 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE - A wide range (20-80) controls weld cleanliness in aluminum welding, managing heat input and oxide removal.

AC FREQUENCY - Stabilizes and focuses the arc. A range of 40-250 Hz enables professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.
