SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC loft is a set designed for welding loft-style structures for welding academy participants working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM GRIP sflex 17 torch enable long and comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features an SR17 torch body, which allows welding with a maximum current of 180A at a 60% duty cycle and 200A at a 45% duty cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker materials. The GRIP handle perfectly isolates high temperatures and ensures long operating times when welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. The ergonomics of the torch will be appreciated by both professional welders and those starting their adventure with TIG welding.

SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder, built based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A and MMA AC/DC with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder has an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through the functions.

The device has high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25 C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40 C

The manufacturer provides the efficiency value under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while maintaining lower energy consumption.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because the arc extinguishes within the set time after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you do not have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function when spot-joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials made of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE wide range of 20-80 is responsible for the cleanliness of welds in aluminum welding. The function is responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material and cleaning of oxides from the aluminum surface.

AC FREQUENCY - stabilizes and concentrates the arc during welding. A wide range of 40-250 Hz allows for professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.

MULTI CONTROL torches with UP&DOWN regulation and foot control with smooth adjustment of welding current intensity can be used with the device.

PROGRAM MEMORY - the welder has the ability to save welding parameter settings to memory. Several channels allow for quick selection of the appropriate saved welding program. This function is useful for serial welding of aluminum and stainless steel components.

SPOT COLD WELDING - the function enables welding of very thin sheets and performing perfect tack welds. Thanks to this function, we can cold-weld very demanding materials. The function significantly facilitates the welding of stainless steel pipes and structures.
