The SPARTUS TIG 200P AC DC is a comprehensive welding kit designed for exhaust systems and collectors made from materials such as stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the unique TIGCUSTOM RFLEX TLB9 mini handle set it apart with its exceptional ergonomic design and efficiency. With the TLB9 torch body, we can weld at a maximum alternating current (AC) of 160A - 35% duty cycle, as well as direct current (DC) at 160A - 70% duty cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and sheets, as is often the case when welding pipes to collector flanges.

SPARTUS TIG 200P AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder, constructed based on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A welding methods and MMA AC/DC with a current intensity of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder has an intuitive control panel that provides quick navigation through functions.

The device has high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

The manufacturer provides the efficiency value in the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc with lower energy consumption.

2T-4T are welding modes that make it easier to work on short and long welding distances. The 2T mode is used for welding short distances, as the arc is switched off after disconnecting the micro switch. In 4T mode, we do not have to hold the micro switch constantly while welding, but only click a second time to turn off the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS allows faster arc ignition at the start, both at low and high values of welding current. An indispensable function for point joining of thin and thick elements. Gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 sec.

POST-GAS allows faster cooling of the connection and the tungsten electrode. The gas flow time is adjustable from 0.1-10 sec.

TIG PULS MODE makes it possible to weld very thin materials of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. The pulse control range is from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC FREQUENCY is adjustable in the range of 40-250Hz. The function is responsible for narrowing the arc and faster penetration of the welded material.

AC BALANS wide range of 20-80 is responsible for the cleanliness of welds in aluminum welding. The function is responsible for the heat input into the material and the cleaning of oxides on the aluminum surface.

MULTI-CONTROL in the device we can use handles with UP&DOWN adjustment and foot control with smooth regulation of the welding current. The foot control can be wired or wireless.

MEMORY OF PROGRAMS - the welding machine has the ability to save welding parameter settings to memory. Several channels allow for quick selection of the appropriate saved welding program. This function is helpful for the serial welding of aluminum and stainless steel elements.

The special 3D mesh diffusers effectively shield the welding area with gas and provide optimal cooling for the tungsten electrode and the welded joint.
