SPARTUS MIG 219 LCD DUAL PULSE is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, built based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shielding, MMA shielded metal arc welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can be used to join materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device can be used for brazing car body sheets using short-circuit or pulse modes. When the welding current is set below 40A in pulse mode, the device switches to a special pulse for welding thin materials called COOL PULS. It is currently the only MIG/MAG welder with single and double pulse on the market that offers such a low pulse current of 30A and cold pulse functions in the 30-40A welding current range. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 219 4R LCD DUAL PULSE has no problem achieving a flat face on thick materials compared to competing devices.

Easy polarity reversal enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG-MMA methods is 200A. The device is powered from a single-phase 230V network. ADVANTAGES OF THE SPARTUS EASY MIG 219 LCD Dual Pulse DEVICE:

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER enables the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while consuming less energy.

WELDING CURRENT 200A enables welding materials up to 8 mm.

4R FEEDER - the four-roller feeder enables the use of torches with a length of 5m. A more powerful feeder ensures uniform, stable wire feeding even with dynamic changes in welding parameters. The use of four pressure rollers translates into better control over the MIG/MAG process and high weld repeatability, which is crucial when working with soft aluminum wires and when welding in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes.

SINGLE PULSE - enables welding that minimizes material deformation by introducing lower temperatures into the welded material. Sheets do not deform, and it is easier to weld more demanding materials. Single pulse also reduces the amount of spatter and provides a much better weld face aesthetics. Welding with pulse saves time because there is no need to process the weld or clean the material of stuck spatter.

COOL PULS - the function activates automatically in the welding current range of 30-40A. The welding current characteristics in pulse mode change completely, enabling the welding of thin materials. The function facilitates welding of very thin materials made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

DOUBLE PULSE - enables welding that minimizes material deformation to a minimum by introducing a lower temperature into the welded material than in single pulse. Adjustment is extremely simple and intuitive, which is a major advantage. We set the ratio of upper to lower current values as a percentage. We adjust the duration of the upper current relative to the lower one and vice versa. This is the simplest way to set parameters that every welder, both amateur and professional, can handle. Thanks to this function, we can easily achieve the scale effect as in the TIG method. The function allows for a perfect face on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, we do not have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start at both low and high welding current values. An essential function for tack welding thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

SLOW START - slow feeder start is responsible for the low approach speed of the wire to the welded material, so there is no wire bounce effect before starting welding. An essential function for tack welding of sheets, e.g., BRAZING.

SYNERGIC PROGRAMS the semi-automatic welder has built-in welding programs, making the welding of demanding materials much easier. We select the appropriate program and can start work. Welding voltage and wire feed adjustment are performed with a single knob. We also have the possibility of making corrections to the welding parameters. Voltage correction graphically shows how the weld face will look. The weld will be convex or flat depending on the settings.

MANUAL MODE (SP) the function is responsible for manual settings. We can adjust the welding current voltage and wire feed separately.

INDUCTANCE adjustable, which is responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, the adjustment affects the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration into the material. The function is mainly used in BRAZING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting point, allowing the semi-automatic welder to be used for spot welding of car sheets.

POLARITY REVERSAL gives the possibility of welding with self-shielding FLUX wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. Torches up to 4 m in length can be used with the device.

HOTSTART hot start consists of a momentary increase in welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase of welding. The function allows for faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing the welding current, which prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the welded material. The function facilitates learning MMA welding.

VRD function turns off the power within milliseconds after welding is finished and reduces the voltage on the shielded electrode to a safe level. A particularly useful function when welding in rooms or trenches with high humidity.

TIGLIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in argon shield.
