The device offers configuration flexibility tailored to your experience level. Synergic MIG DC mode automatically selects optimal parameters based on the material type, shielding gas, and wire diameter, allowing you to start welding instantly. For experienced operators, the Manual mode provides complete control over arc characteristics and fine-tuning.

The real breakthrough lies in the Pulse and Dual Pulse functions. Double pulsation enables precise heat input management, yielding outstanding results when welding aluminum, stainless steel, and thin components prone to thermal distortion.

Comprehensive Arc Cycle Management & Torch Modes

The SPARTUS XPro provides the operator with a comprehensive suite of parameters to optimize the process from arc ignition to crater filling:

• Pre-gas and Post-gas: Ensures effective shielding gas coverage to protect the weld pool from atmospheric contamination.
• Burn Back & Slow Feed: Eliminates the risk of the wire sticking to the contact tip and ensures smooth, controlled arc ignition.

TIG Lift Pulse – High Precision Control

The unit supports high-quality TIG DC welding with Lift arc ignition (touch start, free of high-frequency HF interference). The XPro series goes a step further by featuring TIG Lift Pulse with complete adjustment over pulse frequency and width. This allows for unmatched heat management when working on thin sheet metal. Furthermore, the unit natively supports advanced TIG torches equipped with remote controls in the handle and a centralized EURO connection. This unlocks 2T, 4T, and an advanced 8T trigger cycle, perfect for complex multi-stage welds without having to hold the button continuously.

MMA Pulse – Intelligent Stick Electrode Control

Stick welding is reinforced with an advanced MMA Pulse mode alongside three reliable automated functions: Hot Start (easier arc striking), Arc Force (arc stabilization), and VRD (Voltage Reduction Device for operator safety on open circuit). Additionally, the operator can switch between two advanced output characteristic curves:

• MMA Constant Current: Locks in the precise current value regardless of fluctuations in arc length, ensuring a highly predictable and consistent weld deposit.
• MMA Constant Power: Dynamically modulates voltage and current to maintain static power output. The machine auto-optimizes the arc behavior dynamically across changing weld positions.
