SPARTUS TIG 200P DC Pulse inox is a set designed for welding industrial installations made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM TLB17F torch enable long and comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features the TLB17F body, which allows welding with a maximum current of 180A at an 80% duty cycle and 200A at a 60% duty cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and plates. The GRIP handle perfectly insulates against high temperatures and ensures long operation times when welding stainless steel. The professional and super-flexible TLBsflex cable allows for comfortable work in difficult conditions. The ergonomics of the torch will be appreciated by both professional welders and those beginning their adventure with TIG pipe welding.

SPARTUS TIG 206P DC Pulse is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG DC 200A and MMA welding at 200A current. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The cold welding function allows for the joining of very thin materials made of steel and stainless steel. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

Cold Welding - COLD WELDING test:

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while reducing energy consumption.

COLD WELDING - fast spot welding with times ranging from 1ms to 200ms.

COLD WELDING PULSE - cold welding with pulse. Fast spot welding from 1ms to 200ms with adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 10 mm thick.

2T-4T trigger modes facilitate welding on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes in a set time after releasing the switch. In 4T mode, you do not need to hold the switch constantly while welding; simply click a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start for both low and high current values. Essential for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE allows for the welding of very thin materials made of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse frequency adjustment range is from 0.5 to 100Hz.
