SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A and MMA AC/DC at a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and longer sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because after releasing the microswitch, the arc extinguishes in a set time; in 4T mode, you do not have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but only click it a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse frequency adjustment range from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE a wide range of 20-80 is responsible for the cleanliness of welds in aluminum welding. The function controls the amount of heat input into the material and the cleaning of oxides on the aluminum surface.

AC FREQUENCY - stabilizes and focuses the arc during welding. A wide range of 40-250 Hz enables professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.

MULTI CONTROL the device can be used with adjustable torches and foot controls for smooth welding current adjustment.
