SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC Puls is a specialized kit assembled for welding industrial exhaust systems made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and titanium. It features carefully selected accessories and a unique GTP CUSTOM 2-in-1 micro-torch on an SFLEX cable with a detachable, 360-degree rotating micro-switch. The torch body allows for interchangeable SR9 or SR17 heads at various angles, providing a highly adaptable solution for any TIG application. As the shortest and lightest welding torch ever designed, it offers unparalleled ergonomics. The detachable switch allows for seamless transition to foot pedal control. This torch was designed and manufactured to the rigorous standards of GTPerformance and the TIGLAB team.

SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG AC 200A, TIG DC 200A, and MMA AC/DC welding at 200A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network, its pulse function allows for joining ultra-thin aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The welder features an intuitive control panel for rapid navigation through all professional settings.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

PRE-GAS ensures cleaner starts and faster arc ignition. Adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS cools the joint and the tungsten electrode. Adjustable from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE enables welding of ultra-thin aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Minimum pulse current is 10 A. Frequency range: 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE - A wide range (20-80) controls weld purity in aluminum welding by balancing penetration with the cleaning of surface oxides.
