SPARTUS TIG 200P AC DC is a kit designed for welding exhaust systems made of stainless steel, duplex, titanium, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM GRIP RF 17 handle will allow for long and comfortable work. The TIG welding handle has an SR17 torch body that allows us to weld at a maximum current of 180A in an 80% cycle and 200A in a 60% cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The SLIM GRIP handle perfectly insulates high temperatures and provides a long welding time for stainless steel and aluminum. Both professional welders and those starting their adventure with TIG welding will appreciate the ergonomics of the handle.

The kit includes a specially designed TIG CUSTOM GRIP RF 17 handle for welding aluminum with a high-duty cycle. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. 2T-4T are welding modes that make it easier to work on short and long welding distances. The 2T mode is used for welding short distances (arc switches off after releasing the switch). In 4T mode, you do not have to hold the switch constantly while welding; simply click a second time to turn off the arc.

PRE-GAS allows faster arc ignition at the start, at both low and high welding currents. An indispensable function for point joining. Gas flow time is adjustable from 0-1 sec.

POST-GAS allows faster cooling of the weld and the tungsten electrode. The gas flow time is adjustable from 0.1-10 sec.

TIG PULS MODE makes it possible to weld very thin materials (aluminum, steel, stainless steel). The minimum pulse current is 10 A. The pulse control range is from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC FREQUENCY is adjustable in the range of 40-250Hz. The function is responsible for narrowing the arc and faster penetration.
