SPARTUS MIG 217 LCD DUAL PULSE is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine built on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA (coated electrode) welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can join materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, copper, and its alloys. It also allows for braze-welding (short-circuit or pulse) of automotive body sheets. When the welding current is set below 40A in pulse mode, it automatically switches to a specialized COOL PULS for thin materials. It is currently the only MIG/MAG welder with single and double pulse on the market offering such a low pulse current of 30A and cold pulse functions in the 30-40A range. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 217 LCD DUAL PULSE achieves a flat bead on thick materials with ease compared to competing devices.

Easy polarity reversal enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas (FLUX). The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG-MMA methods is 200A. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network. In SP MANUAL mode, you can adjust the voltage and wire feed speed to your specific needs. IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc with lower energy consumption.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding materials up to 8 mm thick.

SINGLE PULSE - enables welding that minimizes material deformation by introducing lower temperatures into the workpiece. Sheets do not warp, and demanding materials are easier to weld. Single pulse also reduces spatter and provides much better bead aesthetics. It saves time by eliminating the need to clean or process the weld area.

COOL PULS - this function activates automatically in the 30-40A current range. It completely changes the pulse current characteristics to allow welding of very thin carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

DOUBLE PULSE - provides welding that minimizes material deformation even more than a single pulse. Regulation is extremely simple and intuitive. You set the ratio of peak to base current as a percentage, as well as the duration of each. This is the simplest way to set parameters for both hobbyists and professionals, easily achieving a "fish-scale" effect similar to TIG. Perfect for high-quality finishes on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

LCD DISPLAY graphically indicates adjustable parameters. An ideal solution for beginners.

2T-4T welding modes facilitate work on short and long sections. 2T mode is used for short welds as the arc extinguishes immediately upon releasing the trigger; in 4T mode, you don't need to hold the trigger constantly, clicking it a second time to stop the arc.

PRE-GAS allows for faster arc ignition at both low and high current values. Essential for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

SLOW START ensures low wire approach speed to the material, preventing "wire bounce" at the start of welding. Essential for spot welding sheets, e.g., BRAZE-WELDING.

SYNERGIC PROGRAMS - the machine has built-in welding programs making demanding materials much easier to work with. Voltage and wire feed speed are regulated with a single knob, with the possibility of manual correction. Parameter correction graphically shows how the bead will look (convex or flat).

MANUAL MODE (SP) allows for manual settings of welding voltage and wire feed speed independently.

INDUCTANCE adjustment controls the amount of heat introduced into the material. This affects the bead width and penetration depth. Mainly used for BRAZE-WELDING with copper alloy wires, which have a lower melting point, ideal for car body spot welding.

POLARITY REVERSAL enables welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET allows for the use of various interchangeable MIG torches, including 4 m versions.

HOT START temporarily increases current during arc ignition to prevent electrode sticking. Great for rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE shortens the arc length while increasing current to prevent the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the material. Helpful for learning MMA welding.

VRD reduces voltage on the electrode to a safe level within milliseconds after welding. Especially useful in damp environments like trenches.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
