3-in-1 SPARTUS EASY MIG 325 LCD Inverter Welder - Semi-Automatic with Simple Synergy 

The SPARTUS MIG 325 is a modern inverter-based semi-automatic welding machine, constructed with IGBT transistors. It enables welding with inert and active gas shielding MIG/MAG, shielded metal arc welding (MMA/SMAW) with coated electrodes, as well as TIG Lift welding with arc ignition through scratch starting. Additionally, the device allows for self-shielded wire welding without gas by changing the polarity. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A, and for SMAW method: 250A. The device is powered by a three-phase 400V power supply. It is equipped with synergic programs for welding steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8/1.0/1.2 mm and 1.0 mm aluminum, with the possibility of manually adjusting the parameters. Users can choose from programs such as steel CO2, steel mix, aluminum, and flux-cored wire welding. The device also operates in manual welding mode. It can accommodate wire spools of 5 kg and 15 kg. The four-roll feeder ensures smooth operation on 5-meter-long cables.

2T-4T modes facilitate work on short and long welding sections. The 2T mode is used for welding short sections because the arc immediately extinguishes when the microswitch is released. In 4T mode, we do not need to continuously hold the microswitch during welding; we simply click it again to automatically extinguish the arc.

15 KG WIRE SPOOLS - the device supports 5 kg and 15 kg spools.

SYNERGIC PROGRAMS - the semi-automatic welder has built-in welding programs, making welding demanding materials much easier. We select the appropriate program and can start working. The welding voltage and wire feed adjustment are done using a single knob. We also have the ability to make welding parameter corrections. The voltage correction shows graphically how the weld bead will appear, whether it will be convex or flat, depending on the settings.

MANUAL MODE (SP) - this function allows for manual adjustments. We can separately adjust the welding current and wire feed.

ADJUSTABLE INDUCTANCE - controls the amount of heat input into the material. Additionally, the regulation affects the width of the weld bead and the depth of penetration into the material. This function is mainly used for brazing with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting temperature, allowing us to use the semi-automatic welder for spot welding automotive sheet metal, for example.

PRE-GAS - enables faster arc ignition at both low and high welding current values. It is essential for spot welding thin and thick elements. The pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0 to 2 seconds.

SLOW START - the slow feeder startup ensures low wire travel speed towards the welded material, preventing wire sticking before starting the welding process. This function is necessary for spot welding sheet metal, such as brazing.

CHANGE OF POLARITY - allows for welding with flux-cored wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET - enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. The device can accommodate torches with a length of 5 meters.

HOT START - a hot start temporarily increases the welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents electrode sticking during the initial stage of welding. This function enables faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE - dynamic arc control reduces the arc length as the welding current increases, preventing arc extinction when the electrode comes into contact with the welded material. This function facilitates the learning of MMA/ SMAW.

VRD (VOLTAGE REDUCTION DEVICE) - this function cuts off the power supply within milliseconds after welding is completed and reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. It is particularly useful when welding in humid environments or excavations.

TIG LIFT - enables welding of steel and stainless steel with argon shielding.
