SPARTUS MIG 320 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine built on IGBT transistors. It enables MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA shielded electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. Additionally, thanks to polarity reversal, the device allows welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A, and for MMA: 250A. The device is powered by a three-phase 400V network. The machine is equipped with synergistic programs for MIG/MAG welding of steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm and aluminum 1.0 mm, with the possibility of manual parameter adjustment. The user can choose from programs: CO2 steel, mixed gas steel, aluminum, and flux-cored wire welding. The device also works in manual welding mode. It supports wire spools of 5 kg and 15 kg. The four-roll feeder ensures smooth operation with torches up to 5m in length.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you don't have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, just click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

15 KG WIRE SPOOLS the device supports 5 kg and 15 kg spools.

SYNERGY the semi-automatic machine has a synergistic mode for welding with wire diameters 0.8 - 1.0 - 1.2. By selecting the appropriate wire diameter on the control panel and using quick voltage regulation, you can start working. Regulation of welding voltage and wire feed is done with a single knob. There is also the option to make manual corrections to the welding parameters. Voltage correction shows a negative or positive value on the display. The weld bead will be convex or flat depending on the settings.

SPOT - this function is responsible for quick spot-welding of sheets before final welding. The spot-welding time is adjustable in the range of 0.2 - 3 s. This function is also useful for tack welding both thin and thick sheets.

MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. You can adjust the welding current voltage and wire feed separately.

INDUCTANCE adjustable, responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, regulation affects the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration. This function is mainly used in BRAZE WELDING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting point, allowing the semi-automatic machine to be used for spot-welding car body sheets.

POLARITY REVERSAL gives the possibility to weld with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. Torches up to 5 m in length can be used with the device.

HOT START involves a temporary increase in welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase of welding. The function enables faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing welding current, which prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the material. This function makes learning MMA welding easier.

VRD this function turns off the power within milliseconds after finishing welding and reduces the voltage on the shielded electrode to a safe level. A particularly useful function when welding in rooms or trenches with high humidity.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
