Spartus MIG 317DP LCD
Description
3-IN-1 INVERTER WELDER SPARTUS EASY MIG 317DP LCD - SEMI-AUTOMATIC WITH PULSE AND SIMPLE SYNERGY
SPARTUS MIG 317DP is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine built on IGBT transistors. It enables welding in MIG/MAG inert and active gas shielding, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with scratch arc ignition. Additionally, thanks to the polarity change feature, the device allows for welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A, and for the MMA method: 250A. The device is powered by a three-phase 400V network. It is equipped with synergic programs for MIG/MAG welding of steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm and aluminum 1.0 / 1.2 mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction. An additional advantage of the device is the option of pulsed current welding (pulse/dual pulse). The use of double pulsation in the MIG/MAG method allows for obtaining a weld of quality and aesthetics comparable to the TIG method. The device also works in manual welding mode. The welder accommodates wire spools of 5 kg and 15 kg. The four-roll feeder ensures smooth operation with torches up to 5 m long.

ADVANTAGES OF THE SPARTUS EASY MIG 317DP LCD DEVICE:
POWERFUL 4x4 FEEDER (4 ROLLS) enables the use of welding torches up to 5 m in length.
IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while consuming less energy.
300A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 15 mm.
LCD DISPLAY which graphically indicates the adjustable parameters. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you do not have to constantly hold the microswitch during welding, but only click a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.
15 KG WIRE SPOOLS the device supports 5 kg and 15 kg spools.
SYNERGIC PROGRAMS the semi-automatic machine has built-in welding programs, making welding demanding materials much easier. Choose the appropriate program and start working. Regulation of welding voltage and wire feed is done with a single knob. You also have the possibility to make manual corrections to the parameters. The voltage correction graphically shows how the weld face will look. The weld will be convex or flat depending on the settings.
MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. You can regulate the welding current voltage and wire feed separately.
INDUCTANCE adjustable, which is responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, the regulation affects the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration. This function is mainly used for BRAZE WELDING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting point, allowing the semi-automatic machine to be used for spot welding of car body sheets.
PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function for spot tacking of thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.
SLOW START slow feeder start is responsible for the low speed of the wire reaching the welded material, preventing the "wire bounce" effect before welding starts. An essential function for spot tacking sheets, e.g., BRAZE WELDING.
POLARITY CHANGE enables welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.
EURO SOCKET enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. You can use torches up to 5 m long with the device.
HOT START involves a temporary increase in the welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase of welding. The function enables faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.
ARC FORCE dynamics shortens the arc length while increasing the welding current, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the welded material. This function facilitates learning MMA welding.
VRD function turns off the power within milliseconds after welding is finished and reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. A particularly useful function when welding in rooms or excavations with high humidity.
TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
