Spartus MIG 315 LCD
Description
3-IN-1 INVERTER WELDER SPARTUS EASY MIG 315 LCD - SEMI-AUTOMATIC WITH SIMPLE SYNERGY
SPARTUS MIG 315 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine built on IGBT transistors. It enables MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. Additionally, thanks to polarity reversal, the device allows for FLUX welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 300A, and for MMA: 250A. The device is powered by a 400V three-phase network. It is equipped with synergy programs for MIG/MAG welding with steel wires in the diameter range of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm and aluminum 1.0 mm, with the possibility of manual parameter correction. The user can choose from programs: CO2 steel, mixed gas steel, aluminum, and flux-cored wire welding. The device also operates in manual welding mode. It supports wire spools of 5 kg and 15 kg. A four-roll feeder ensures smooth operation with torches up to 5 m in length.
STEEL WELDING:

ADVANTAGES OF SPARTUS EASY MIG 315 LCD:
POWERFUL 4x4 FEEDER (4 ROLLS) allows the use of welding torches up to 5 m long.
IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while consuming less energy.
300A WELDING CURRENT enables welding materials up to 15 mm thick.
LCD DISPLAY graphically indicates adjustable parameters. An ideal solution for beginners.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you don't have to hold the switch continuously during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.
15 KG WIRE SPOOLS the device supports both 5 kg and 15 kg spools.
SYNERGY PROGRAMS the semi-automatic machine has built-in welding programs, making the welding of demanding materials much easier. Just select the appropriate program and start working. Adjustment of welding voltage and wire feed speed is done with a single knob. There is also the possibility of manual parameter correction. Voltage correction graphically shows how the weld bead will look—convex or flat depending on the settings.
MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. You can adjust the welding voltage and wire feed speed separately.
INDUCTANCE adjustable, responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, this adjustment affects the width of the weld bead and the depth of penetration. This function is mainly used for BRAZE WELDING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting point, allowing the machine to be used for spot welding car sheets.
PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start, both at low and high welding current values. An essential function for tack welding thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.
SLOW START the slow start of the feeder ensures a low wire approach speed to the welded material, preventing the wire "bouncing" effect before welding starts. An essential function for sheet metal tacking, e.g., BRAZE WELDING.
POLARITY REVERSAL gives the possibility to weld with self-shielding FLUX wire without gas.
EURO SOCKET allows the use of various replaceable MIG torches. Torches up to 5 m long can be used with the device.
HOT START briefly increases the welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase. The function enables faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.
ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing the welding current, which prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the material. This function makes learning MMA welding easier.
VRD this function turns off the power within milliseconds after welding and reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. Especially useful when welding in rooms or trenches with high humidity.
TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
