SPARTUS MIG 210P pulse is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine built based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shielding, MMA shielded metal arc welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can be used to join materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device can also be used for brazing car body sheets. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210P has no problem achieving a flat weld face on thick materials compared to competing devices.

8 mm STEEL WELDING TEST:

Easy polarity reversal enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG methods is 200A, and 160A for the MMA method. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V network. In SP MANUAL welding mode, we can adjust the voltage and wire feed speed according to our own needs. SPARTUS MIG 210P is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG-MAG welding with steel wires (0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm), stainless steel wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm), aluminum alloy wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm), and copper alloys (CUSI3-CUSN6 with a diameter of 0.8 mm) with the possibility of manual parameter correction.

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER enables the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while maintaining lower energy consumption.

WELDING CURRENT 200A enables welding materials up to 8 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the microswitch; in 4T mode, you do not have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

SIMPLE SYNERGY - the semi-automatic welder selects the welding voltage and wire feed speed based on the wire diameter selected from the menu. Adjustment is performed via a single knob, with the option to manually correct the parameters.

MIG/MAG PULSE WELDING - pulse welding enables joining thin materials made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The pulse frequency is set automatically relative to the welding current intensity. This function also allows for spatter-free welding.

MANUAL MODE (SP) - this function is responsible for manual settings. We can adjust the welding current voltage and wire feed speed separately.

ADJUSTABLE INDUCTANCE controls the amount of heat introduced into the material. This adjustment affects the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration. This function is mainly used for BRAZING with copper alloy wires, which have a lower melting point, allowing the device to be used for spot welding of automotive sheets.

POLARITY REVERSAL gives the possibility of welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches up to 4 m in length.

HOTSTART consists of a momentary increase in welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase and allows for faster arc initiation with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing the welding current, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the welded material. This function facilitates learning MMA welding.

VRD function turns off the power within milliseconds after welding is finished and reduces the voltage on the electrode to a safe level. This is particularly useful when welding in rooms or trenches with high humidity.

TIGLIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
