SPARTUS MIG 210S is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can join materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device also allows for brazing car body sheets. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210S has no problem achieving a flat bead on thick materials compared to competing devices.

8 mm STEEL WELDING TEST:

Easy polarity change enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG methods is 200A and 160A for the MMA method. The device is powered by a 230V single-phase network. In SP MANUAL welding mode, we can adjust the voltage and wire feed to our own needs. SPARTUS MIG 210S is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG-MAG welding with steel wires of 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm diameter, stainless steel wires 0.8 / 1.0 mm, aluminum alloy wires 0.8 / 1.0 mm, and copper alloys CUSI3-CUSN6 with a diameter of 0.8 mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction.

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER allows the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while consuming less energy.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding materials up to 8 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes facilitating work on short and long welding sections. The 2T mode is used for short welds because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the trigger; in 4T mode, you don't have to hold the trigger constantly, but only click a second time to extinguish the arc automatically.

SIMPLE SYNERGY the semi-automatic machine selects the welding voltage and wire feed for the welding wire diameter selected from the menu. Adjustment of welding voltage and wire feed is done using one knob. We also have the possibility to apply corrections to welding parameters.

MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. We can regulate the welding current voltage and wire feed separately.

INDUCTANCE adjustable, which is responsible for the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, the adjustment affects the width of the weld bead and the depth of penetration into the material. The function is mainly used for BRAZING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting temperature, so we can use the semi-automatic machine for spot welding of car body sheets.

POLARITY CHANGE gives the possibility of welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET enables the use of various replaceable MIG torches. Torches with a length of 4 m can be used with the device.

HOT START consists of a temporary increase in welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase of welding. The function allows for faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing the welding current, which prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the welded material. The function facilitates learning MMA welding.

VRD function turns off the power within milliseconds after finishing welding and reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. Particularly useful when welding in rooms or excavations with high humidity.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in argon shielding.
