SPARTUS MIG 210S is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can join materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device also allows for brazing car body sheets. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210S has no problem achieving a flat bead on thick materials compared to competing devices.

8 mm STEEL WELDING TEST:

Easy polarity change allows for welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG methods is 200A and 160A for the MMA method. The device is powered by a 230V single-phase network. In SP MANUAL welding mode, you can adjust the voltage and wire feed to your needs. SPARTUS MIG 210S is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG-MAG welding with steel wires (0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm), stainless steel wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm), aluminum alloy wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm), and copper alloys CUSI3-CUSN6 (0.8 mm) with the possibility of manual parameter correction.

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER allows for the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc with lower energy consumption.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding materials up to 8 mm.

2T-4T welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for short welds as the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the trigger. In 4T mode, you don't have to hold the trigger constantly; just click again to extinguish the arc.

SIMPLE SYNERGY the device automatically selects welding voltage and wire feed based on the wire diameter chosen from the menu. Voltage and wire feed adjustment is done with a single knob. Manual parameter correction is also available.

MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. You can adjust the welding voltage and wire feed separately.

INDUCTANCE adjustable function that controls the amount of heat introduced into the material. It also affects the width of the weld bead and penetration depth. Mainly used for BRAZING with copper alloy wires. These wires have a lower melting point, allowing for spot welding of car body sheets.

POLARITY CHANGE enables welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET allows for the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. Torches up to 4 m can be used with the device.

HOT START briefly increases the welding current at the moment of arc ignition, preventing the electrode from sticking in the initial phase. It facilitates arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shorten the arc length while increasing current, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the material. It makes learning MMA welding easier.

VRD function shuts off the power within milliseconds after welding and reduces the voltage to a safe level. Especially useful in damp environments like trenches or cellars.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
