SPARTUS MIG 210S is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine, constructed based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shields, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can join materials such as: carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device can be used for brazing car body panels. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210S has no problem achieving a flat weld face on thick materials compared to competing devices.

8 mm STEEL WELDING TEST:

Easy polarity change enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG methods is 200A and 160A for the MMA method. The device is powered by a 230V single-phase network. In SP MANUAL welding mode, you can adjust the voltage and wire feed according to your needs. SPARTUS MIG 210S is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG-MAG welding with steel wires (diameter 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm), stainless wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm), aluminum alloy wires (0.8 / 1.0 mm) and copper alloys CUSI3-CUSN6 (0.8 mm) with the possibility of manual parameter correction.

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER allows for the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc with lower energy consumption.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 8 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because the arc extinguishes immediately after releasing the trigger. In 4T mode, you don't need to hold the trigger constantly; just click it again to extinguish the arc automatically.

SIMPLE SYNERGY the semi-automatic machine selects the welding voltage and wire feed based on the wire diameter selected from the menu. Adjustment of voltage and wire feed is done with a single knob. Manual correction is also possible.

MANUAL MODE (SP) this function allows for manual settings. You can adjust the welding current voltage and wire feed independently.

ADJUSTABLE INDUCTANCE controls the amount of heat introduced into the material. It affects the weld width and penetration depth. This function is mainly used for BRAZING with copper alloy wires. These wires have a lower melting point, allowing the machine to be used for spot welding car body panels.

POLARITY CHANGE allows for welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET enables the use of various interchangeable MIG torches. Torches up to 4 m long can be used with the device.

HOT START temporarily increases the welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase. It works great with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE shortens the arc length while increasing current to prevent the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the material. This function makes learning MMA welding easier.

VRD shuts off the power within milliseconds after welding ends, reducing the voltage on the electrode to a safe level. Especially useful in high-humidity environments.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
