SPARTUS TIG 206P DC inox is a comprehensive set designed for welding stainless steel pipes, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIGCUSTOM SR17 rflex 8m torch ensure comfortable operation. The TIG welding torch features an SR17 body with the option to switch to the smaller SR9 system. SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG DC 200A and MMA DC 200A welding. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The Cold Welding and Cold Welding Pulse functions allow for joining very thin materials such as steel, stainless steel, and many others. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

Cold Welding - COLD WELDING test:

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while reducing energy consumption.

COLD WELDING - fast spot welding with times ranging from 1ms to 200ms.

COLD WELDING PULSE - cold welding with pulse. Fast spot welding from 1ms to 200ms with adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 10 mm thick.

SIMPLE PANEL - every selected function is backlit. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T trigger modes facilitate welding on short and long sections. 2T mode is for short sections (the arc extinguishes after a set time upon releasing the switch), while 4T mode allows you to weld without constantly holding the switch; simply click a second time to extinguish the arc.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start for both low and high current values. Essential for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE allows for the welding of very thin materials made of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse frequency adjustment range is from 0.5 to 100Hz.
