SPARTUS TIG 206P DC inox is a set designed for welding stainless steel pipes, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIGCUSTOM SR17 - 8m torch enable comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features an SR17 burner body with the possibility of changing the body to the smaller SR9 system. The ergonomics of the torch will be appreciated by professional welders as well as those beginning their adventure with TIG welding.

SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a digitally controlled inverter welder, constructed based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG 200A - DC and MMA DC methods with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The cold welding and cold welding pulse functions allow for joining very thin materials: steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through the functions.

The device has high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25 C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40 C

The manufacturer specifies the efficiency value under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

COLD WELDING PULS - cold welding with pulse. Fast execution of spot welds in the time from 1ms - 200ms with adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 10 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and longer sections. The 2T mode is used for welding short sections because after releasing the microswitch, the arc extinguishes in the set time; in 4T mode, we do not have to constantly hold the microswitch during welding, but only click a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start at both low and high welding current values. An essential function when spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials made of steel and stainless steel. The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 100Hz.
