SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a professional inverter welder designed for high-quality welding of various materials. Thanks to the use of modern technologies and a compact design, it is an ideal tool for both workshop work and field installation tasks. SPARTUS TIG 206P DC is a digitally controlled inverter welding machine based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG 200A - DC and MMA DC methods with a current of 200A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The cold welding and cold welding pulse functions allow for joining very thin materials: steel, stainless steel, and many others. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through all functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25°C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40°C

The manufacturer provides efficiency values under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

Cold welding - COLD WELDING test:

The TIG SR17 - 4m torch is a lightweight and universal welding tool made according to the requirements of welders who value ergonomics and quality. The torch body is compatible with standard consumable parts available on the market.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while maintaining lower energy consumption.

COLD WELDING - rapid execution of spot welds in a time range from 1ms to 200ms.

COLD WELDING PULSE - cold welding with pulse. Rapid spot welding from 1ms to 200ms with an adjustable frequency up to 10Hz.

200A WELDING CURRENT allows for welding materials up to 10 mm thick.

SIMPLE PANEL – every selected function is backlit. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long sections. The 2T mode is used for short welds (the arc extinguishes when the switch is released), while in 4T mode, you don't have to hold the switch constantly – just click again to finish the weld.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start at both low and high current values. Essential for spot joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas time is adjustable from 0-2 s.

POST-GAS allows for faster cooling of the weld and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas time can be adjusted from 0-10 s.

PULSE provides the ability to weld very thin materials (steel and stainless steel). The minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range: 0.5 - 100Hz.
