SPARTUS MIG 350 XPro
Description
SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 – Industrial Efficiency and Full Process Control
The SPARTUS XPro MIG 350 is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for professionals who demand high performance and repeatable results. Powered by a 400V three-phase network with a maximum welding current of 350A and a 60% duty cycle, it serves as a robust welding center for demanding production, assembly, and maintenance tasks.
3-in-1 Versatility: MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA
This multi-process device supports MIG/MAG (manual and synergic), TIG Lift, and MMA. It is capable of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and stick electrodes.
Advanced Synergy and Arc Control
The synergic system automatically selects welding parameters based on material and wire diameter, significantly speeding up configuration. Manual mode is also available for expert users.
- Torch Modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T, and SPOT welding mode.
- Inductance Adjustment: Controls weld width and penetration while minimizing spatter.
- Wire Control: Slow Feed (soft start) and Burn Back (precise wire end trimming) ensure high-quality starts and finishes.
Synergic Programs Table:
| Material | Shielding Gas | Wire Diameter |
|---|---|---|
| Mild Steel | CO2 / 25% CO2 + Ar | 0.8 – 1.2 mm |
| Stainless Steel | Ar + 2.5% CO2 | 0.8 – 1.2 mm |
| Aluminum | 100% Ar | 1.0 – 1.2 mm |
| Flux Cored | None (Flux) | 0.8 – 1.2 mm |
