SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 – Compact 300A Power for Demanding Tasks
The SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 is a modern semi-automatic welding machine designed for stability, repeatability, and efficiency. Built on IGBT technology and powered by a 400V three-phase network, it ensures reliable performance across a wide range of industrial and workshop applications.
MIG/MAG Performance and Synergy
The device delivers a maximum welding current of 300A at a 60% duty cycle, enabling intensive welding of steel structures and machinery without frequent breaks. Advanced synergic programs automatically select optimal settings based on material and wire diameter, while the manual mode allows for full parameter control.
- Arc Control: Adjustable inductance, Slow Feed (soft start), and Burn Back functions.
- Operating Modes: Supports 2T / S2T / 4T / S4T and Spot Welding (SPOT).
- 4-Roll Wire Feeder: Integrated mechanism with internal lighting and spare roller storage ensures smooth wire delivery.
- Spool Gun Ready: Compatible with Spool Gun torches for improved stability when working with soft aluminum wires.
3-in-1 Versatility: TIG Lift and MMA
The XPro MIG 310 is a truly multi-process machine:
- TIG Lift: Precise DC welding with scratch-start ignition.
- MMA: Current up to 250A with Hot Start, Arc Force, and VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Offers constant current and constant power modes.
Advanced Technology and Mobility
The device features 20 memory channels to save custom programs, ensuring process repeatability. High electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) prevents interference in automated environments. The Fan Stop system intelligently manages cooling, reducing noise and internal dust accumulation.
Despite its high power, the welder weighs only 26.3 kg. With the included wheel and foot set, it can be easily configured for both stationary and mobile use.
