SPARTUS TIG 200XP AC DC is a digitally controlled inverter welding machine built based on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG AC 200A - TIG DC 200A and MMA AC/DC at a current of 200A. Powered by a single-phase 230V grid. The pulse function allows joining very thin materials made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and many other materials. The welder features an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through functions.

The device features high efficiency:

• 60% at an ambient temperature of 25 C
• 35% at an ambient temperature of 40 C

The manufacturer provides the duty cycle value under the most extreme conditions and high temperatures.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc with lower power consumption at the same time.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 10 mm.

AC DC CURRENT versatile application thanks to the ability to weld with direct and alternating current.

SIMPLE PANEL every selected function is illuminated. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T welding modes that make it easier to weld short and longer sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because after releasing the microswitch, the arc extinguishes in a preset time; in 4T mode, there is no need to hold the microswitch continuously while welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at start-up for both low and high welding current values. An essential feature when spot-joining thin and thick components. Pre-gas flow time adjustable from 0-1 s.

POST-GAS allows faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.1-10 s.

PULSE gives the possibility to weld very thin materials made of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Minimum pulse current is 10 A. Pulse adjustment range from 0.5 - 200Hz.

AC BALANCE wide range from 20-80 is responsible for weld cleanliness when welding aluminum. The function determines the amount of heat input into the material and cleaning oxide layers from the aluminum surface.

AC FREQUENCY - stabilizes and focuses the arc during welding. Wide range of 40-250 Hz allows professional welding of any aluminum and magnesium alloy.

MULTI-CONTROL torch handles with UP&DOWN regulation as well as foot control with smooth welding current adjustment can be used with the unit.

PROGRAM MEMORY - the welding machine allows saving welding parameter settings to memory. Several channels will allow quick selection of a suitable saved welding program. Useful function for serial welding of aluminum and stainless steel components.

SPOT COLD WELDING - allows welding very thin sheets and making perfect tack welds. Thanks to this feature, very demanding materials can be cold-welded. The feature significantly facilitates welding pipes and stainless steel structures.
