The OPTREL Vegaview 2.5 helmet features a filter classified in optical class 1.1.1.2, signifying a very high level of eye protection and facilitating comfortable work. The helmet also includes an innovative UV and IR filter, ensuring realistic colors while welding and creating a sensation as if you're not wearing a helmet at all. The true color image is bright and lifelike.

The filter's darkening range spans from 8 to 12 DIN, and the grinding mode is at 2.5. The large visor improves visibility during both welding and grinding tasks. 

The OPTREL Vegaview 2.5 helmet comprises three light sensors and a sensitivity adjustment function, making it exceptionally responsive to incoming light. The post-welding filter lightening delay adjustment ranges from slow: 0.35-0.60 seconds to fast: 0.10-0.35 seconds.

An innovative feature is the detection angle adjustment - 60° or 120° - which reduces the risk of accidental darkening due to other light sources. This works by narrowing the light inlet to the filter. This feature is highly useful when working close to others who might inadvertently interfere with the filter's proper functioning.

Power is supplied by solar cells and replaceable 2 CR2032 batteries. 

Another advantage is its incredibly low weight of only 482 grams, significantly enhancing comfort during long hours of welding. There's no discomfort in the neck or head, as is often experienced with other helmets.
