MIG 210 S MIG NR1 semi-automatic welding machine

SPARTUS MIG 210S is a modern inverter semi-automatic welding machine based on IGBT transistors. It has the capability to weld with inert and active gas shielding in MIG/MAG processes, shielded metal arc welding (MMA/SMAW) with flux-cored electrodes, and TIG Lift welding with arc ignition by contact.

Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210S can easily achieve a flat weld bead on thick materials compared to its competitors. Below is a welding test on 8mm steel.

The easy polarity change allows for gasless self-shielded wire welding. The maximum current for MIG/MAG/TIG methods is 200A, and 160A for MMA method. The device is powered by a single-phase 230V power supply.

SPARTUS MIG 210S is equipped with a synergic system for welding steel wires with diameters of 0.6/0.8/1.0 mm in MIG/MAG processes, with the ability to manually adjust the welding parameters in the SP MANUAL mode according to specific needs.

By utilizing modern technological solutions, the welder has several functions to support the welding process:

2T/4T: the choice between two operating modes (MIG/MAG)

Welding inductance adjustment (brazing): control of weld bead width and penetration depth (MIG/MAG), reduction of spatter

Hot Start: easier electrode ignition (MMS/SMAW)

The professional two-roll wire feeder ensures smooth and consistent wire feeding. Stable output parameters guarantee high-quality welds. The device can work with 4m long MIG torches.

The package includes a robust MIG/MAG torch capable of welding with 1.0mm wire at a 60% duty cycle. The torch has a capacity of 220A and a length of 4m, specially designed for welding 1.0mm steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The longer length of the torch provides extended reach and improved work comfort. The consumables included in the set, such as 10 current nozzles and 5 gas nozzles, are sufficient for several hours of welding.

Sample applications for this device include industrial use, on-site repair work, and workshop projects.

AR/CO2 Gas Regulator with 2 Gauges: This regulator is equipped with 2 gauges that provide information about gas consumption and the working pressure required for operation. It is designed for use with ARGON gas, AR/CO2 mixture, and CO2. The regulator features a precise knob for adjusting the working pressure of the gas.

SPARTUS 101X Auto-Darkening Helmet: This automatic helmet is designed to protect the welder's eyes and face from harmful radiation and welding sparks. It works exceptionally well for MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding processes. The helmet includes a grinding function. The automatic filter with high efficiency protects the welder's eyes from harmful UV and IR radiation. It changes from a dark to a clear state upon arc ignition and returns to its normal state after welding, according to the set delay time. The fast response time of 1/25,000s is ensured by the use of 4 highly sensitive sensors. External controls facilitate adjusting the filter settings during work without removing the helmet. These controls allow for controlling the shade level (DIN 9-13), sensitivity, delay, and switching the helmet mode to grinding. The Easy 101X helmet is made of durable and lightweight material. The multi-step headgear adjustment, including the distance between the filter and the welder's eyes, significantly increases work comfort and reduces fatigue.
