The GTP CUSTOM SFLEX 9 - 4m with a micro 2-in-1 version is a true work of art in the hands of a welder. It's a lightweight and versatile torch for precise welding, made to GTPerformance's high standards, prioritizing ergonomics and quality. It's the shortest and lightest torch we've ever made for welding in motorsport. The detachable rotary microswitch allows for foot pedal operation. The high-efficiency SFLEX cable ensures comfortable welding, while the SOFT SKIN RED braid protects the cable from wear. The advantages of the GTP CUSTOM torch cannot be adequately described; they must be experienced in the hands during welding. The SR9 torch head is interchangeable and available in three versions:

• 70 degrees: for standard welding of stainless steel, duplex, and titanium pipes and sheets. The gas outlet at a slight angle provides better cooling of welded parts.
• 90 degrees: mainly for aluminum welding, where the gas shield must be directed vertically, preventing wire overheating and ensuring well-protected and clean mirror-like welds.
• 90 degrees straight: used for machine torch heads, for welding artistic images using welding art techniques, as well as welding in hard-to-reach areas.

The torch was designed in collaboration with Grzegorz from GTPerformance and the TIGLAB team. It's the only torch tailored for welding sports exhaust systems and motorsport-related components. The benefits of the GTP CUSTOM torch include:

PROCUP EXHAUST is a new line of ceramic nozzles designed for welding sports exhaust systems in the motorsport industry. The special 3D mesh diffusers effectively conceal the welding area with gas and provide perfect cooling for the tungsten electrode and the welded joint. The PROCUP EXHAUST nozzles have different applications depending on their size:

GTP 18: for stainless steel and titanium pipes. It creates colorful or golden welds, depending on the amount of shielding gas flow and the extended electrode.
16: for pipes and butt welding of stainless steel sheets.
14: for pipes and fillet welding of stainless steel sheets.

Each ceramic nozzle has different requirements for shielding gas. Superb results can be achieved with low gas flow rates.
