EWM XQ 230 AC DC Puls is a premium kit designed for welding industrial installations made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, duplex, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM TLB17F torch ensure long-lasting and comfortable operation. The TIG welding torch features a TLB17F torch body, enabling welding at a maximum current of 180A at an 80% duty cycle and 200A at a 60% duty cycle. This setup allows for the welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The GRIP handle provides excellent thermal insulation, while the professional, super-flexible TLBsflex cable ensures comfort in demanding conditions. Professional welders and beginners alike will appreciate the torch's exceptional ergonomics.

EWM XQ 230 AC DC Puls is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG AC/DC 230A and MMA welding with a current of 230A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network, the SPOT function allows for joining ultra-thin steel, stainless steel, and other materials. The welder features an intuitive LCD control panel for quick and easy navigation through all settings.

IGBT TRANSISTORS provide a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while maintaining lower energy consumption.

230A WELDING CURRENT enables the welding of materials up to 13 mm thick.

SPOTARC - A tacking function triggered by the torch switch. It provides simple and fast tack welding of butt, fillet, and corner joints, as well as pipes with wall thicknesses up to 2mm.

SPOTMATIC - This function executes high-precision, repeatable tack welds. By touching and lifting the tungsten electrode, it triggers an impulse that creates a consistent tack weld every time. It reduces heat input by 50%, allowing for deformation-free tacking and performing hundreds of points without needing to regrind the electrode.

AC SPECIAL - Specialized function for joining aluminum sheets of different thicknesses.

BALLING - Automates the formation of a ball on the end of the tungsten electrode.

AC WAVEFORM SELECTION - Allows for choosing the AC current waveform to suit the specific material.

MMA PULSE - Enables pulse welding when using covered electrodes.

INTUITIVE PANEL - Every active function is backlit, making it an ideal choice for users at any skill level.

2T-4T MODES - Flexible modes for short and long welds. 2T mode stops the arc when the trigger is released. 4T mode allows for continuous welding without holding the trigger constantly; a second click extinguishes the arc.

PRE-GAS ensures cleaner starts and faster arc ignition. Adjustable from 0.5 - 5 s.

POST-GAS protects the weld pool and the tungsten electrode during cooling. Adjustable from 0.0 - 20 s.

PULSE allows for welding ultra-thin steel and stainless steel with average pulsation values of 20kHz.

MULTI-CONTROL - Supports UP&DOWN torch regulation and foot pedals for seamless current adjustment during the welding process.

The cable remains flexible in low temperatures and high efficiency allows for long-duty cycles.
