EWM XQ 230 AC DC Puls is a premium kit designed for welding industrial installations made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, duplex, and aluminum. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM TLB17F torch ensure long-lasting and comfortable operation. The welding torch features a TLB17F torch body, allowing for welding at a maximum current of 180A at an 80% duty cycle and 200A at a 60% duty cycle. This solution enables the welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The GRIP handle provides excellent thermal insulation, while the professional TLBsflex ultra-flexible cable allows for comfortable work even in the most demanding conditions.

EWM XQ 230 AC DC Puls is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables TIG AC/DC 230A and MMA welding at 230A. Powered by a single-phase 230V network, it includes a SPOT function for joining very thin materials. The device features an intuitive control panel for quick navigation through all parameters and functions.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY provides a stronger, more concentrated, and stable arc while maintaining low energy consumption.

230A WELDING CURRENT enables the welding of materials up to 13 mm thick.

SPOTARC - A tack welding function triggered via the torch switch. It allows for simple and rapid tacking of butt, fillet, and corner joints, as well as pipes with wall thicknesses up to 2mm.

SPOTMATIC - This function executes high-precision, repeatable tack welds. By touching and lifting the tungsten electrode, it triggers an impulse for consistent 100% repeatability. It reduces heat input by 50%, allowing for tacking without deformation and performing hundreds of points without needing to regrind the electrode.

AC SPECIAL - A specialized function for joining aluminum sheets of different thicknesses.

BALLING - Automates the formation of a ball on the end of the tungsten electrode.

AC WAVEFORM SELECTION - Allows the user to choose the specific AC wave shape to suit the application.

MMA PULSE - Enables pulse welding for covered electrodes.

INTUITIVE PANEL - Every selected function is backlit, making it an ideal solution for both professionals and beginners.

2T-4T MODES - Flexible modes for short and long welds. In 2T mode, the arc extinguishes when the trigger is released. In 4T mode, the trigger is clicked to start and clicked again to stop, eliminating the need to hold the switch constantly.

PRE-GAS ensures faster arc ignition and protects the start of the weld. Adjustable from 0.5 - 5 s.

POST-GAS cools the joint and the tungsten electrode. Adjustable from 0.0 - 20 s.

PULSE enables welding of ultra-thin steel and stainless steel with average pulsation reaching 20kHz.

MULTI-CONTROL - Supports UP&DOWN torch regulation and foot pedals for seamless, real-time current adjustment.
