EWM Picotig 220 DC Pulse inox is a comprehensive set for welding industrial installations made of stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, duplex, and titanium. Carefully selected accessories and the TIG CUSTOM TLB17F torch will enable long and comfortable work. The TIG welding torch features the TLB17F torch body, which allows welding with a maximum current of 180A at an 80% duty cycle and 200A at a 60% duty cycle. This solution enables welding of thicker pipes and sheets. The GRIP handle perfectly isolates high temperatures and ensures long operation time when welding stainless steel. The professional and super-flexible TLBsflex cable allows for comfortable work in difficult conditions. The ergonomics of the torch will be appreciated by both professional welders and those beginning their adventure with TIG pipe welding.

EWM Picotig 220 DC Pulse is a digitally controlled inverter welder built on IGBT transistors. It enables welding using TIG DC 220A and MMA methods with a current of 190A. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The pulse function allows for joining very thin materials made of steel, stainless steel, and other materials. The welder has an intuitive control panel that ensures quick navigation through functions.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding materials up to 10 mm.

SPOTARC tack welding function triggered by a microswitch in the TIG welding torch. Simple and fast tack welding of butt, fillet, and corner joints, as well as pipes with a wall thickness of up to 2mm.

SPOTMATIC this function is responsible for making the smallest possible tack welds. By touching the tungsten electrode and lifting it, a pulse is triggered that performs a tack weld in a very short time, which is cyclically 100% repeatable. The function reduces heat input by 50%, enabling the tacking of elements without distortion. The function allows for making several hundred tack points without the need to sharpen the tungsten electrode.

SIMPLE PANEL each selected function is illuminated. An ideal solution for beginner users.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate welding on short and longer sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because after releasing the microswitch, the arc extinguishes in a set time; in 4T mode, we do not have to hold the microswitch constantly during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

PRE-GAS enables faster arc ignition at the start on both low and high welding current values. An essential function when point-joining thin and thick elements. Pre-gas flow time is adjustable from 0.5-5 s.

POST-GAS enables faster cooling of the joint and the tungsten electrode. Post-gas flow time can be adjusted from 0.0-20 s.

PULSE gives the possibility of welding very thin materials made of steel and stainless steel. Pulsation with an average value of 0.2-2000Hz.

MULTI CONTROL the device can use torches with UP&DOWN regulation as well as foot control with smooth adjustment of the welding current intensity.

The TIG CUSTOM TLB17F torch in the XD version (1m leather - nylon) is a lightweight, super-flexible torch for TIG welding in all positions. The precise microswitch allows for comfortable work when welding pipes using the "walking the cup" technique. The professional TLBsflex cable is the most flexible cable available in TIG torches. The cable does not react to low temperatures and is always flexible. High efficiency of the body and cable enables long welding sessions.
