SPARTUS EasyCUT 40s Compressor is a compact inverter plasma cutter designed for cutting metals and all electrically conductive materials, combining modern technology with a lightweight, portable design. It is powered by a single-phase 230V network. The SPARTUS EasyCUT 40s Compressor functions as both a plasma cutter and a stick (electrode) welder.

The EasyCUT 40s Compressor allows for cutting current adjustment in the range of 20 - 40A, perfectly adapting to the user's needs. The maximum cutting thickness is 20mm. The device features two trigger modes (2T/4T) and post-gas regulation. The built-in non-contact pilot arc ignition system (without HF) ensures excellent quality and extended service life of consumables.
The integrated internal compressor supplies the compressed air necessary to create the plasma arc, enabling outdoor and mobile work. A button on the front panel allows for easy switching between the internal and external compressed air source.
The cutter features 2 operating modes:

• STANDARD CUTTING: This is the primary mode where the plasma stream cuts the material continuously, enabling fast and precise cutting of metal or other conductive materials into specified shapes and dimensions. This is the most common choice for tasks requiring smooth and even cut edges.
• INTERMITTENT CUTTING (MESH): This is a specialized operating mode particularly useful for cutting materials with irregular surfaces, such as mesh or grates. Thanks to this function, the cutter is able to maintain a stable plasma arc even when contact with the material is broken. This allows for continuous cutting without the need to manually restart the arc at every gap, a typical challenge when processing mesh. Using intermittent cutting mode significantly simplifies and speeds up the process while minimizing the risk of damaging the device through frequent arc outages and restarts. This solution greatly increases work efficiency, enabling smooth and effective cutting even for complex and demanding tasks.

WELDING

The EasyCUT 40s Compressor enables shielded metal arc welding (SMAW). MMA welding is widely used in various conditions and is ideal for steel and cast iron. The welding current adjustment in the EasyCUT 40s Compressor ranges from 30 to 140A, providing flexibility to adapt parameters to diverse welding tasks. The device also includes functions that support the MMA process, such as HOT START, ARC FORCE, and VRD.
