SPARTUS MIG 210S is a modern, inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed based on IGBT transistors. It features MIG/MAG welding in inert and active gas shielding, MMA coated electrode welding, and TIG Lift welding with friction arc ignition. The device can join materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloys, aluminum, nickel, as well as copper and its alloys. The device can also be used for brazing car body panels. Thanks to its high output parameters, the SPARTUS MIG 210S has no problem achieving a flat weld face on thick materials compared to competing devices.

8 mm STEEL WELDING TEST:

Easy polarity change enables welding with self-shielding wire without gas. The maximum welding current for MIG-MAG-TIG methods is 200A and 160A for the MMA method. The device is powered by a 230V single-phase network. In SP MANUAL welding mode, we can adjust the voltage and wire feed according to our needs. SPARTUS MIG 210S is equipped with a synergistic system for MIG-MAG welding with steel wires of diameter 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm, stainless wires 0.8 / 1.0 mm, aluminum alloy wires 0.8 / 1.0 mm and copper alloys CUSI3-CUSN6 with a diameter of 0.8 mm with the possibility of manual parameter correction.

POWERFUL WIRE FEEDER allows the use of welding torches up to 4 m in length.

IGBT TRANSISTORS offer a stronger, more concentrated, and more stable arc while maintaining lower energy consumption.

200A WELDING CURRENT enables welding of materials up to 8 mm.

2T-4T are welding modes that facilitate work on short and long welding sections. 2T mode is used for welding short sections because after releasing the trigger, the arc extinguishes immediately; in 4T mode, we do not have to hold the trigger constantly during welding, but only click it a second time for the arc to extinguish automatically.

SIMPLE SYNERGY the semi-automatic machine selects the welding voltage and wire feed according to the wire diameter selected from the menu. Adjustment of welding voltage and wire feed is done using one knob. We also have the possibility to apply manual corrections to the welding parameters.

MANUAL MODE (SP) this function is responsible for manual settings. We can adjust the welding voltage and wire feed separately.

ADJUSTABLE INDUCTANCE controls the amount of heat introduced into the material. Additionally, the adjustment affects the width of the weld face and the depth of penetration. The function is mainly used for BRAZING with copper alloy wires. Copper alloy wires have a lower melting point, allowing the semi-automatic to be used for spot welding car body sheets.

POLARITY CHANGE enables welding with FLUX self-shielding wire without gas.

EURO SOCKET allows the use of various replaceable MIG torches. Torches up to 4 m long can be used with the device.

HOT START temporarily increases the welding current at the moment of arc ignition. This prevents the electrode from sticking in the initial phase of welding. The function enables faster arc ignition with rutile and basic electrodes.

ARC FORCE dynamics shortens the arc length while increasing the welding current, which prevents the arc from extinguishing when the electrode touches the welded material. This function facilitates learning MMA welding.

VRD the function turns off the power within milliseconds after finishing welding and reduces the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level. Particularly useful when welding in rooms or excavations with high humidity.

TIG LIFT enables welding of steel and stainless steel in an argon shield.
